Diversifying: periphery markets rebounding?

Hi Cam,

I’m always looking for diversification opportunities. What do you think about the recent rebound in EWI and GREK?

I’m trying to figure out a way to play the idea that as as US tariffs ratchet up, China is cutting import duties on other countries. For example, I would think that Italian and French luxury items would be identifiable to Chinese consumers as not American.

Further, I would think that the rest of the world continuing on with global trade (e.g. CPTPP), should be a boon somewhere, no?
